Privacy policy

This policy matches the scripts this site actually loads. It was updated on 12 October 2026. Material changes will show a new date on this page.

Pages load local fonts and images. Google Analytics 4 counts visits in cookieless Consent Mode until you accept. Adsterra supplies the advertising on this site — a Native Banner drawn inside the page and a Social Bar that floats over it — and Microsoft Clarity records sessions and heatmaps; neither of those scripts is requested, and neither writes a cookie, until you accept. YouTube stays unloaded until you choose Load YouTube video beside its data-sharing notice. Cloudflare provides hosting, email routing, and its own cookieless visit counter, which loads with the page.

Who is responsible

MakeupMania.pro is operated independently of Roblox Corporation and of the Make-up Mania! group. Privacy mail goes to [email protected]. That address is the contact for access, correction, deletion, and objection requests.

What the site stores in the browser

The site sets no tracking cookies of its own. Your consent choice and your ad-bar preference are stored in localStorage, not in a cookie jar. Google Analytics 4 may set its own cookies only after you press Accept; the Adsterra and Microsoft Clarity scripts are not requested at all before that.

KeyWhat it holdsHow longWhy
mm-consentJSON with choice (accepted or rejected), ads, analytics, and tsValid for 180 days; an expired record is removed on your next visit and the banner returnsRemember the button you pressed
mm_adbar_hiddenThe flag written by Hide ad bar in the footer when you turn the floating Social Bar offUntil you press Show ad bar in the footer, which removes the keyKeep the floating ad bar away on later visits, not only until the next refresh
_ga and _ga_<container>Google Analytics client and session identifiers for this browser; set by Google only after you press AcceptUp to 2 years, by Google Analytics defaults; they stop being written when you press Reject and disappear when you clear site dataCount each browser once instead of counting every page view as a new visitor

Third parties

YouTube (Google). Purpose: play a cited public video. Trigger: you choose Load YouTube video after reading its data-sharing notice. The privacy-enhanced player loads from youtube-nocookie.com and may request player resources from YouTube, ytimg.com, googlevideo.com, ggpht.com, and Google-related domains. It receives your IP address, browser information, and playback interactions. Cookies or similar storage depend on the player and your browser; we do not claim a fixed list of cookie names. Legal basis: your separate consent to load the player. Retention: controlled by Google. We do not receive a copy of player cookies.

Adsterra (website id 6117004, category Social, and the Show adult ads switch OFF). Purpose: the advertising on this site. Adsterra supplies two units, both created by this site publisher in the Adsterra dashboard: a Native Banner (dashboard unit 31688267), drawn inside the page above the footer, and a Social Bar (dashboard unit 31688268), a floating bar anchored to the bottom of the viewport. Trigger: you press Accept. Every page carries their loader URLs as text only; the loaders are fetched from bicea.org — the delivery host Adsterra issued for these units — at the moment you accept, and never before. A page you receive without choosing makes no request to Adsterra at all. No adult-advertising unit exists for this website and the adult-ads exclusion is on.

Once an Adsterra loader runs, Adsterra’s own script requests the ad creative and may set its own cookies, or read identifiers such as your IP address, user agent, and the URL of the page, to serve and measure ads. We cannot enumerate the cookie names or lifetimes Adsterra and its advertisers use: those are controlled on their side and are described in Adsterra’s privacy policy and in the opt-out links at the end of this page. Legal basis: your consent, collected through this site’s Cookie settings. Retention: ad-delivery data is kept for as long as Adsterra and its advertisers keep it. Pressing Reject means no Adsterra unit is requested at all, and a Reject after an Accept removes the ad scripts that were already injected and empties the Native Banner container.

Google Analytics 4 (Google). Purpose: count page views and see which pages and channels are used. Trigger: the Google tag loads on every page with measurement ID G-SHWH4GTZT8 (property website_55_gameinfo_makeupmania.pro) in Consent Mode v2, where ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization default to denied and ads_data_redaction is enabled. Until you press Accept, Analytics runs without cookies and writes no identifier to your browser; after Accept it may set the _ga cookies listed above. Data sent: the page URL, the referrer, browser and device information, approximate location derived from your IP address, and interactions such as scrolls and outbound clicks. The reports we read contain aggregate numbers, not profiles of individual visitors. Legal basis: your consent, plus our legitimate interest in aggregate measurement while the cookieless default applies. Retention: governed by the data-retention setting of that property in Google Analytics.

A local Consent Mode v2 queue defaults ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization to denied before the Google tag runs, and ads_data_redaction is enabled. Accept or Reject updates the local consent record, which switches Analytics cookies on (Accept) or leaves them off (Reject or no choice). The same record decides whether the Adsterra loaders and the Clarity tag are requested at all: this site never asks an ad server for an ad before an accepted choice.

Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft). Purpose: heatmaps and session replays that show how visitors move through the guide. Trigger: after you accept, a page loads the Clarity tag with project ID ywh6ihw7y3 (project Makeup Mania Fan Guide) and passes it the same granted choice that goes to the Adsterra loaders. Until you press Accept, the Clarity tag is not requested, so Clarity receives nothing from this site and sets no first-party or third-party cookie; after Accept it may set the Clarity cookies listed above and join page views into a single recording. Data sent: page URL, referrer, device and browser information, approximate location derived from your IP address, mouse, scroll, and click interactions, and a masked view of the page. Clarity masks sensitive content such as form input by default and this site leaves that masking in place. Legal basis: your consent. Retention: set by Microsoft Clarity project settings and the Microsoft privacy statement.

The same Accept or Reject choice drives the two Adsterra loaders and Microsoft Clarity from one code path, so Rejecting keeps Analytics, Clarity, and both ad units off. Withdrawing consent reloads no recorder and injects no ad: the injected tags are removed and the Native Banner container is emptied.

Cloudflare. Purpose: serve static pages, protect the site, forward mail sent to [email protected], and count visits in aggregate. When serving pages it may process IP address, browser information, the requested URL, and security logs; email routing processes sender and recipient addresses and message contents so your request reaches the site operator. Page delivery and answering your message are necessary to provide those services. Cloudflare also injects its own Web Analytics beacon (static.cloudflareinsights.com/beacon.min.js) into every page at the edge, so a visit-count request goes out as soon as a page loads, before any choice is made here and independently of this site’s Cookie settings; Cloudflare states that this beacon sets no cookies, does not fingerprint the browser across sites, and is not used for advertising, and we read only aggregate totals from it. Legal basis for it: our legitimate interest in aggregate traffic measurement. It is not this site’s Analytics or Clarity code, both of which stay silent until you press Accept. Retention is governed by the applicable Cloudflare service policy. Fonts and images are files on this domain.

Ads and opt-out links

This site shows ads from one network, Adsterra, and only after you press Accept. Whether an individual ad is personalized depends on Adsterra and the advertisers it serves, so the reliable controls are network-level: Adsterra’s own privacy policy explains its opt-out route, Google Ads Settings covers ads served to a Google account, and the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out and the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out cover many of the advertisers Adsterra serves. The official links are listed with the sources at the end of this page. Blocking bicea.org with an extension, or choosing Reject here, means no Adsterra unit is requested by this site at all. This website is set to exclude adult advertising.

A single advertising seller line is published in this site’s ads.txt file at /ads.txt: adsterra.com, 3403020, DIRECT. The publisher id is the real value the Adsterra dashboard keys this account by, read back from the signed-in dashboard on 12 October 2026 rather than guessed, and it is the only seller declared for this domain. No Google AdSense or other network line appears there because no AdSense tag, no AdSense unit, and no second advertising network is in use here.

The floating Social Bar, and how to turn it off

One of the two Adsterra units is a Social Bar that floats over the bottom of the page after you accept. It is clamped to the viewport so it cannot push the page sideways, the page reserves room for it so it does not cover the footer, and it is tucked away while the Cookie settings panel is open. Press Hide ad bar in the footer to remove it: that choice is stored in localStorage as mm_adbar_hidden, and on later visits the Social Bar loader is not injected again — not only until the next refresh. Press Show ad bar the same way to bring it back.

Consent, GPC, and DNT

The banner writes mm-consent only after you press Accept or Reject, except when the browser exposes navigator.globalPrivacyControl as true. In that case the site stores rejected, keeps advertising and analytics denied, and does not wait for a click. Open Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. Accept makes the Adsterra loaders run and the Microsoft Clarity tag load, and pushes granted to the local Consent Mode queue that Google Analytics reads; Reject leaves all three unrequested, and a Reject after an Accept removes the tags that were already injected and empties the Native Banner container. Reject also removes an active YouTube player; a later explicit Load YouTube video choice is separate consent for that player. If browser storage is unavailable, the page still works, no ad or recorder script runs, and the choice lasts only for that visit.

A legacy Do Not Track header is not a reliable signal in current browsers. Global Privacy Control is the signal this site acts on, together with the Reject button.

Legal basis and your rights

The consent record remembers your choice and honors GPC where it applies. Serving requested pages and answering messages are the legitimate interests in operating this guide. Advertising, session recording, and Analytics storage all rest on the consent you give in Cookie settings, and withdrawing it stops them together. YouTube loads only with separate consent. Withdrawing consent stops future player activity on this page, unloads the Adsterra and Clarity tags, and returns Microsoft Clarity to no-consent mode, but cannot undo information already sent to Google, Microsoft, or Adsterra.

You can ask for a copy of information this site holds about you, ask for a correction, object, or ask for deletion. Most of the time the only records are mm-consent and mm_adbar_hidden in your own browser and, only if you accepted, the Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity cookies described above: clear site data for makeupmania.pro and they are gone. You can also email [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. This site does not sell personal information and does not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising; the only advertising on it comes from Adsterra after an accepted choice.

Questions people ask

Do you use cookies for ads?

The site itself sets no advertising cookie. Adsterra supplies the two ad units, and its loaders run only after you press Accept: before that, no ad request is made and bicea.org is never contacted. Once a loader runs, Adsterra and the advertisers it serves may set their own cookies, which are outside this site’s control. The consent key mm-consent is localStorage, kept for 180 days. Adult advertising is excluded for this website.

How do I get rid of the floating ad bar?

Press Hide ad bar in the footer. That choice is stored in localStorage as mm_adbar_hidden and the Social Bar loader is not injected again on later visits, not only until the next refresh. Press Show ad bar the same way to bring it back.

Do you use analytics?

Yes. Google Analytics 4 counts page views on every page, and Microsoft Clarity builds heatmaps and session replays, but the Clarity tag is requested only after you press Accept. Before you accept, Analytics runs in cookieless Consent Mode and nothing at all is requested from clarity.ms; Reject keeps both that way, and also keeps both Adsterra loaders unrequested.

Does anything record my browsing session?

Microsoft Clarity can record sessions and build heatmaps, but only after you press Accept — until then its tag is not requested and no cookie is written. Clarity masks form fields and other sensitive content by default and this site leaves that masking on. Rejecting removes the tag if it was already loaded.

What happens if I load a video?

Choosing Load YouTube video consents to a privacy-enhanced YouTube player and its requests to Google services. Reject in Cookie settings removes the player.

How do I change my choice?

Use Cookie settings in the footer. If Global Privacy Control is on, the stored choice stays rejected.
